ARCO Companies in Omaha, NE is seeking a motivated Project Manager to lead design/build projects. You will handle estimating, scheduling, quality control, progress reporting, and client coordination while collaborating with owners and the design team to develop concepts.

The role offers opportunities to mentor other Project Managers, drive value engineering, and oversee subcontractor buyouts, with a strong emphasis on safety and integrity within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering, Construction Management or related field with minimum 3.0 GPA.
• 2–5 years' proven design/build experience with a general contractor.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook and Procore.

Responsibilities

• Manage estimating, scheduling, quality control, progress reports, and billing.
• Develop preliminary concept drawings with the design team.
• Participate in owner meetings to review scope and value engineering.
• Oversee buyout process and subcontractor selection.
• Conduct biweekly jobsite meetings.
• Mentor or oversee other Project Managers.
