Job summary

ARCO a Family of Construction Companies in Omaha, NE is seeking a motivated Project Manager to lead design/build projects from concept through completion. You will manage estimates, schedules, safety, cost reporting, and coordination with owners and the design team.

You will mentor other project managers and contribute to a culture of excellence, collaboration, and accountability. The role requires a BS in a relevant field, 2–5 years of experience, and proficiency with Procore and MS Office.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering, Construction Management or related field with a minimum 3.0 GPA.
• 2-5 years' of proven design/build experience with a general contractor.
• Estimation experience; proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook and Procore.

Responsibilities

• Oversee managerial and administrative aspects of a project including estimating, scheduling, quality control, progress reports, billing, design review and coordination, cost reporting, safety and proposal preparation.
• Ensure an accurate and complete project estimate.
• Collaborate with owners and the design team to develop preliminary concept drawings.
• Lead proposal meetings to review scope, reduce costs and offer value engineering ideas.
• Oversee the buyout process and subcontractor selection.
• Conduct biweekly jobsite meetings and ensure quality improvements.
