Job summary

RH White Construction is seeking a Project Manager to lead major construction projects across New England, owning projects, developing people, and delivering quality work safely and profitably. As a family-owned company with over a century of experience, we value safety, teamwork, and enduring relationships.

You will collaborate with field leadership, customers, subcontractors, and internal teams to keep projects on track and financially sound.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent.
7+ years in construction, finance, and management.
CSL or PMP certification or equivalent.
Experience with project scheduling software (Primavera or MS Project).
Strong leadership and communication skills.
OSHA 30 Construction certification or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

Lead projects from start to finish for Design-Build and Bid-Build.
Manage budgets, contracts, purchasing, and change orders to protect profitability.
Develop and mentor Project Managers, Assistant PMs, Superintendents, and field teams.
Serve as primary contact for clients, consultants, subcontractors, and project partners.
Monitor schedules and costs to keep work on time and within budget.
Champion safety and ensure policy compliance.
Support strategic planning, business development, and resource management.
Represent RH White at project and strategy meetings with clear reporting.
