Job summary

Superior Skilled Trades seeks a Regional Manager for Construction & Engineering to oversee regional project execution, client relationships, and business development. Lead PMs and Superintendents, drive safety, quality, and profitable performance across multiple projects.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in civil/mechanical engineering, construction PM, and technical leadership, with proven ability to manage schedules, budgets, and relationships with clients, contractors, and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering (ABET/EAC-accredited) with 3+ years' relevant experience.
Or 5+ years of engineering, construction PM, or construction engineering experience.
Strong PM and leadership experience across multiple regional projects.
Knowledge of project financials, WIP, billing, scheduling, and cost control.
Excellent client relationship and business development skills.

Responsibilities

Lead regional construction projects from contract award through completion.
Oversee and support Project Managers and Superintendents across assigned projects.
Monitor project schedules, budgets, WIP, billing, collections, change orders, and overall financial performance.
Develop relationships with clients, general contractors, municipalities, suppliers, and industry partners.
Partner with business development and estimating teams to identify opportunities and develop successful bid strategies.
