Job summary

APAC Central Inc., a CRH company, seeks a Commercial Paving Project Manager & Estimator to lead bids and oversee project delivery from concept to closeout. You will analyze sites, review blueprints, prepare cost estimates, and coordinate with owners, subcontractors, and the construction team.

The role requires five+ years in paving or estimating, a civil or construction-related degree, and strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills. On-site Tulsa, with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or construction management preferred or equivalent.
• At least five years of experience in construction, paving, and/or estimating with a track record of successful project delivery.
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Define scope from blueprints; prepare takeoffs and estimates for materials, labor, and equipment.
• Manage bids and evaluate subcontractor quotes across multiple projects.
• Develop relationships with owners and prime contractors to ensure satisfaction.
• Lead project teams; monitor schedules, safety, and progress reporting.
