Job summary

ESP Associates, Inc. is seeking a mid-level Associate Construction Manager based in Fort Collins, CO.

You will support the project and construction management of water, wastewater, utilities, fiber, and transportation projects, working on several projects concurrently to ensure schedule adherence and budget compliance. The role emphasizes collaboration with owners, engineers, architects, and contractors, and requires proactive coordination of project controls, reporting, and quality assurance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering.
• Certified Construction Manager or Registered Professional Engineer in Colorado preferred; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 5 years of increasingly responsible experience in engineering and construction with emphasis in project management, contract administration, and public/private sector projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage local and remote jobsites; assist Senior Construction Manager in planning, execution, client satisfaction, and financial outcomes.
• Oversee project controls (cost, schedule, quality) across multiple projects; monitor budgets and progress.
• Prepare and review progress reports and meeting minutes; coordinate with stakeholders.
