HIGHMARK CONCRETE CONTRACTORS is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee construction activities on assigned projects, ensuring timely completion in accordance with plans, specifications, local codes and budget. The role requires strong leadership, safety oversight, and effective coordination with owners, engineers and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Requires at least 5 years of supervisory construction experience.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams on large projects.
• Strong understanding of cost management, scheduling, and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Enforces and supports the Health & Safety Program on site.
• Oversees project scheduling, manpower planning and material quantities.
• Manages project financials: pay estimates, cash flow, and cost reporting.
• Liaises with Owner/Client/Engineer, vendors and subcontractors to ensure progress.
• Maintains project documentation, progress reports, and daily records.
