Ben Hur Construction Co. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead daily activities ensuring safe, on-time project completion and contract execution.

You will oversee single large projects or multiple smaller ones, aligning with company policies and client satisfaction. Responsibilities include estimating support, subcontractor coordination, progress reporting, change management, and ensuring quality and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management/project engineering relating to general construction.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Able to work professionally with both management and construction workers in situations involving critical lead times, budgets and deadlines.
• Above average reasoning skill needed for pre and post evaluation of challenges, processes, and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage day-to-day project activities to ensure safe, on-time completion.
• Prepare and review subcontracts, change orders, and RFIs.
• Monitor project costs, schedule performance, and profitability.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, and subcontractors to maintain progress.
• Develop and maintain site safety and quality control programs.
