D2B is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager/Administrator to coordinate multiple construction projects end-to-end. The role combines project management with admin tasks, supplier liaison, and executive support to keep operations moving efficiently.

The ideal candidate will manage schedules, communicate clearly with trades, and help develop SOPs as the business grows, while maintaining strong documentation and AI-assisted workflows.

• Strong English communication and telephone skills.
• Ability to research and source suppliers, contractors, and materials.
