Job summary

Design and Production Incorporated (D&P) is seeking an outstanding Project Manager to lead complex, high-profile design & build projects from pre-construction through final delivery. You will own your project, drive decisions, anticipate problems, and ensure exceptional built environments on time, on budget and to the highest quality standards.

You will coordinate between clients, design teams, contractors, suppliers and D&P's fabrication/install teams to deliver end-to-end results.

Qualifications

• Lead projects end-to-end from pre-construction through closeout.
• Experience coordinating clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
• Ability to resolve design conflicts and manage budgets and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project end-to-end: take full ownership from pre-construction to closeout.
• Drive design into construction with architects, engineers and consultants.
• Own budget, forecast, schedules and milestones; protect margins.
• Coordinate clients, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams.
• Connect construction and exhibit fabrication; ensure seamless integration.
• Manage subcontractor and supplier scopes, contracts, and change orders.
