Wells seeks an experienced Construction Project Manager to plan, budget, and oversee projects from start to finish. You’ll work with clients, architects, contractors, and internal teams to ensure scope, timelines, and financial goals are met.

The role emphasizes risk management, clear communication, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle, with a strong focus on safety and teamwork across facilities and sites.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of construction project management experience or construction site supervision experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and numerical abilities for budgeting and scheduling.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed project plans to track progress and ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, contractors, and internal stakeholders to meet project requirements.
• Manage project scope, schedules, costs, and changes as needed.
• Perform risk management to minimize potential issues and disruptions.
• Ensure proper resource allocation and availability across projects.
• Track and measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and reporting.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners.
• Forecast budgets, monitor financial performance, and address variances.
• Facilitate communication across teams to ensure alignment and project success.
• Adapt to project changes and shifting priorities as needed.
