Job summary

Watkins-Construction- seeks an experienced construction project manager to lead end-to-end projects, ensuring quality, safety, and on-time delivery. You will coordinate with clients, engineers, architects, and subcontractors, and drive project success from kickoff to handover.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering or related field.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• OSHA 30 training completed or in progress.

Responsibilities

• Clarify scope with clients, engineers, CM and architects to produce project specs.
• Negotiate with external vendors, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Ensure health and safety standards are followed and report issues.
• Acquire licenses and permits and ensure code compliance.
• Provide regular progress reports to stakeholders.
