Job summary

Derrel's Mini Storage is seeking a Project Manager to lead, plan, and execute construction projects from initiation through completion. Responsibilities include scope definition, budgeting, resource allocation, scheduling, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication across the organization.

Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills are essential. The role requires coordinating trades, safety compliance, and maintaining schedules to meet quality standards.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, or related field, or equivalent combo of education and experience.
• Travel between locations with valid CA driver's license; requires driving record check.

Responsibilities

• Planning: define scope, objectives, deliverables, and create detailed plans with timelines and costs.
• Resourcing: identify and allocate personnel, funding, and other resources.
• Execution: lead team through execution, assign tasks, ensure responsibilities understood.
• Monitoring: track progress, costs, schedules, and resolve issues or risks.
• Communication: act as main contact for internal clients and stakeholders.
• Problem-Solving: proactively identify and resolve conflicts affecting project.
• Delivery: ensure on-time, on-budget delivery meeting quality standards, per contracts.
