Qualifications

• 1–3 years of project coordination experience in construction (field).
• Experience NYC public sector work and MWBE requirements is highly desired.
• Familiarity with Primavera P6, Procore and CMiC.

Responsibilities

• Track submittals, change orders and RFIs.
• Directly support the PM and superintendent on field coordination.
• Maintain and document project records.
• Identify and communicate potential issues early.
