Aqua, an Essential Utilities company, is seeking a Construction Manager to lead capital projects within our water and wastewater footprint. You will partner with Engineering and Operations to plan, budget, schedule, and supervise multiple projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities include coordinating between departments, contractors, and public agencies, preparing permits, ensuring safety, and maintaining project records and maps. Travel up to 50% may be required.

Qualificações

• Associate degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management (or related field) preferred.
• Minimum 5 years construction experience including cost estimating and contract docs.
• PA DEP Class E Distribution License or ability to obtain within 12 months.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and monitor annual capital improvement plans and budgets.
• Oversee construction activities to meet budget and schedule.
• Coordinate construction phases with multiple departments, contractors, and suppliers.
• Assist in permit applications at local, state, and federal levels.
• Meet with homeowners and address concerns during construction.
• Manage procurement and review contractor payments; oversee inspectors.
• Represent the Company before officials and industry groups.
• Maintain safety culture and enforce safety policies on site.
• Provide project documentation, maps and records; travel as needed.
