Job summary

Holland Partner Group in Seattle, WA seeks an Associate Project Manager II to support the construction team from design through closeout. Salary range is $100,000 - $120,000 annually, with potential bonus.

This role reports to the project management team and emphasizes safety, cost control, and collaboration. Responsibilities include overseeing trades, preparing bids and proposals, reviewing drawings for constructability, and drafting subcontracts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in Civil/Construction fields preferred (engineering degree favored).
• Minimum three years’ full-time construction industry experience required.
• Experience in design-build and site supervision preferred.
• Professional licensure or registration is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents.

Responsibilities

• Manage and own multiple trades on a project from buyout through closeout.
• Assist in writing proposals and preparing estimates with supervisor.
• Review drawings and shop drawings for constructability and conflicts.
• Draft subcontracts and negotiate major trade bids.
• Develop project schedules and monitor cost projections.
• Coordinate safety programs and enforce safety on site.
• Collaborate with subcontractors, field team and management.
