Job summary

Holland Partner Group is seeking an Associate Project Manager I for our Seattle, WA location to support the construction project team through design and construction phases, ensuring adherence to the company’s core values and project goals. Salary range: $80,000 - $100,000 annually, plus potential bonus.

A High School diploma is required; a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related field is strongly preferred, with zero to

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related field strongly preferred.
• Zero to three years full-time experience with a Bachelor's Degree; design-build and construction experience preferred; professional registration is a plus.
• Knowledge of the design-build process and strong reading of construction documents.

Responsibilities

• Participate in writing proposals and preparing components of conceptual and detailed estimates.
• Review construction and shop drawings for constructability, conflicts, or other details related to construction.
• Assist in writing specifications to assigned projects.
• Assist or manage design, construction and/or close-out on assigned projects.
• Assist in preparation of change orders for supervisor's review.
• Review drawings, budgets, schedules and other project items with jobsite superintendent.
• Assist project superintendents with on-site duties to ensure safety and quality controls.
