Job summary

Holland Partner Group seeks an Associate Project Intern to support the construction project team from design through completion in Seattle. You will assist in cost projections, schedules, and collaboration with project managers.

Ideal candidates are enrolled in a Bachelor's program in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field, with strong MS Word/Excel skills and excellent communication. This is a full-time, on-site role offering exposure to residential construction projects.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related area.
• Construction jobsite and design-build experience is strongly preferred.
• Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Assist project managers in identifying and pursuing project opportunities.
• Prepare detailed components of estimates and review with supervisor.
• Assist in writing proposals.
• Support design coordination and prepare working drawings.
• Monitor budgets and schedules to support project goals.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Ensure safety and QA/QC in the field.
