Job summary

The Haskell Company is seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager to lead design/build and construction management projects across the United States. You will be accountable for all construction activities on assigned projects, coordinating with superintendents, designers, and subcontractors to meet scope, budget, and schedule targets.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management with at least 3 years of construction management experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management plus 3 years minimum in construction management.
• Expertise in managing resources, including budgets, schedules, and materials.
• Knowledge of data center facility design and construction.

Responsibilities

• Assists in responding to RFPs with conceptual estimates, schedules, and proposal documents.
• Monitors design documents and provides constructability input and cost change insights.
• Prepares detailed estimates, cost codes, and cost control systems.
• Prepares bid packages, analyzes bids, and awards subcontracts and major purchases.
• Plans and schedules projects with input from superintendents and subcontractors.
• Manages project cost control and labor cost reporting.
• Coordinates permits, inspections, and approvals with authorities.
