Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a proactive Field Operations Coordinator to support Raleigh project managers with document control, submittals, RFIs, and field packaging. This role requires coordination with supers, estimators, and vendors to ensure timely project progress and compliance.

The successful candidate will handle contract documentation, scheduling, and bid-related tasks while maintaining accurate records and ensuring office-backup support for field operations in Raleigh, NC.

Qualifications

• Two to Five years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting construction documents and blueprints.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate contract documentation and COI/W9 for awarded projects.
• Prepare submittal books based on Finish Schedule; track approvals.
• Submit RFIs and track resolutions until satisfied/closed.
• Assemble Field Packages with drawings, samples, and docs for field staff.
• Schedule project activities with Superintendent and safety coordination.
