Job summary

LeChase Construction Services, LLC is seeking a Project Manager to lead project teams, oversee safety, and manage all project phases from pre-construction through post-construction on assigned projects.

The role requires strong project management skills, leadership, and the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction. A background in construction management or civil engineering is preferred.

Qualifications

• Education/Experience: High school diploma or equivalent education required.
• Vocational and/or college degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field strongly preferred.
• 2+ years of project management or related experience preferred.
• Technical, mechanical, electrical, communication, and leadership training desirable.

Responsibilities

• Administer the efforts of project teams in strict accordance with LeChase Fundamentals requirements, contract documents, policies, owner/contractor contract, and schedule.
• Manage, develop, maintain, and oversee all functions of assigned projects at pre-construction, construction, and post-construction phases.
• Establish relationships and coordinate company support functions to affect projects with the least cost. Participate in project buy-out by assisting Estimating to ensure full scopes and economies.
• Review and discuss weekly with the project team the job cost reports and schedule status. Provide monthly cost-to-complete statements and job status reports to upper management.
• Create and maintain team relationships with owner, architect, construction manager, LeChase staff, subcontractors, suppliers, and others; pursue repeat business through customer satisfaction.
• Establish and maintain communication within the project team and with senior management; inform owner of project status and prepare project update reports.
• Study and become familiar with contract documents, drawings, specs, schedule, and other requirements including mechanical and electrical scopes.
• Solve problems related to personnel, manpower, disputes, claims, and schedule; assist in correcting deficiencies.
• Inform leadership of significant changes; quantify, monitor, and pursue change orders or extra work; review/approve change orders for execution.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and prime trades to maintain cooperation and pricing.
