Job summary

LeChase Construction Services, LLC is seeking a Project Manager to lead project teams, manage scope, schedule, and budget, and ensure safety and quality on assigned projects. The role reports to senior leadership and coordinates with owners, architects, and subcontractors.

The position emphasizes strong communication, issue resolution, and adherence to LeChase standards across pre-construction through post-construction phases, with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education required.
• Vocational and/or college degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field strongly preferred.
• 2+ years of project management or related experience preferred.
• Technical, mechanical, electrical, communication, and leadership training desirable.
• Basic knowledge of safety policies and procedures.
• Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful.
• Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline.

Responsibilities

• Administer the efforts of project teams in strict accordance with LeChase requirements, contract documents, policies, and schedule.
• Manage all functions of assigned projects across pre-construction, construction, and post-construction phases.
• Coordinate and support departments to minimize costs and support buyout.
• Review weekly cost reports and provide monthly cost-to-complete statements to upper management.
• Foster relationships with owners, architects, construction managers, and subcontractors to pursue repeat business.
• Maintain open communication within the project team and with senior management; prepare project update reports.
• Ensure familiarity with contract documents, drawings, specs, schedule, and mechanical/electrical scopes.
• Resolve project issues related to personnel, manpower, disputes, or schedule with senior guidance.
