Job summary

LeChase Construction Services, LLC is seeking a project foreman to manage small to midsize projects with 1 to 3 team members, including field forces and subcontractors. You will lead all field operations to meet project goals for LeChase and its customers.

Responsibilities include coordinating labor, equipment, materials, and subcontractors; maintaining daily project communications; and ensuring timely completion of required paperwork. Strong safety performance and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant trade or field degree preferred.
• OSHA 30 certification strongly preferred.
• Strong communication skills and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and direct efficient use of labor, equipment, and subcontractors to ensure safe, high-quality construction at minimum cost.
• Maintain daily communications with the project manager about scope changes and change orders.
• Coordinate pre-construction, construction, and post-construction activities with the project team.
• Oversee foremen and crews; monitor manpower and productivity; track costs daily.
• Ensure all required paperwork (time sheets, reports, POs, safety meeting minutes) is completed on time.
• Follow safety program; conduct safety meetings and inspections and maintain housekeeping.
• Build strong relations with Owners, engineers, architects, and subcontractors to pursue repeat business.
