LeChase Construction Services, LLC is seeking a senior leader to oversee large-scale construction projects, manage project managers, superintendents, and engineers, and develop project teams.

The role focuses on directing projects, mentoring staff, ensuring safety and budget adherence, and leading preconstruction efforts to win and deliver high-value programs for diverse clients.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma mandatory; construction management or related degree preferred.
• OSHA 30 training required.
• 10+ years in construction; 3+ years with a specific account or market segment preferred.
• Strong experience with PM software and industry best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to mentor staff.

Responsible for leading and managing large-scale projects, multiple concurrent projects, and/or core client relationships. Manages project managers, project teams, superintendents, and project engineers. Responsible for the development of project teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan, direct, manage, and provide oversight of assigned construction projects and personnel to ensure that goals and objectives are accomplished within prescribed schedule and budget parameters.
• Attend all project meetings and assess conditions that will impact profitability and operations. Take a leadership role in meetings and always remain engaged.
• Provide mentorship for new or less experienced personnel. Show the team how to professionally conduct themselves and how to respond to different situations. Develop a sense of the team’s strengths and weaknesses and instill a sense of urgency in the project team members.
• Take the lead role in mediating project conflict and resolution, customer relations, and other challenges that may arise over the lifespan of projects. Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
• Monitor project billings and cash flow through meetings with project teams to discuss job cost reports, schedule status, monthly cost-to-complete statements, change orders, and job status reports.
• Promote safety and quality with project teams. Attain the highest possible safety performance.
• Take the lead role with the preconstruction team or estimator on prospective projects.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

COMPENSATION

Base salary range: $120,000 – $150,000 / Year

* Salary commensurate upon experience *

QUALIFICATIONS

• Education/Experience:
• High school diploma required. Vocational and/or college degree preferred in construction management, civil engineering, or related field strongly preferred.
• 30 Hour OSHA training required
• Minimum 10 years of construction experience and minimum 3 years working directly with a specific account or market segment strongly preferred.
• Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively internally and externally.
• Proven ability to mentor and provide continual development for new or less experienced team members.
• Strong understanding of safety policies and procedures.
• Demonstrated ability to lead project teams through the full lifecycle of a project while ensuring deliverables are on time and within budget.
