Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in project execution for a large scale Self-Perform GC or Concrete Contractor.
• Self-perform concrete experience is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Outlook) and related tools.
• Ability to lead people and drive project results.

Responsibilities

• Develop a project plan for your phase of work.
• Identify obstacles and opportunities for your phase of work.
• Prepare the team to execute using defined planning processes.
• Ensure the team has staged equipment, materials, and workstations for optimal output.
• Track time sheets, delivery tickets, and sign-in/out sheets.
• Communicate project status timely and accurately to stakeholders.
