Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project execution for a large scale GC or concrete contractor.
• Self-perform concrete experience required.
• Commercial/Industrial project experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in CM or Engineering strongly preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office; strong planning and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop a project plan for their phase of work.
• Identify obstacles and opportunities for their phase.
• Prepare team to execute using defined planning processes.
• Ensure equipment, materials, and workstations are staged for output.
• Track time sheets, delivery tickets, and sign-in/out sheets.
• Communicate project status to stakeholders in a timely manner.
