Job summary

Apex Pavers, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee construction projects from preconstruction through post-construction, coordinating with field teams, clients and stakeholders to deliver on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

You will be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear, timely, and professional communication, maintaining documentation, and driving safety, quality control, and continuous improvement across all project phases.

Responsibilities

• Communication and reporting: act as the primary contact for field teams, address concerns and provide support.
• Report progress, issues, and solutions to the construction team.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including daily logs, change orders, and progress reports.
• Track, monitor and adjust job costs relative to budget and profitability.
• Keep records updated with month-by-month progress, invoice reviews, and approved changes.
• Review project plans, specifications, and timelines to assess feasibility and identify issues.
• Collaborate with Construction Managers and stakeholders for smooth information flow.
• Implement and enforce quality control standards across all project phases.
• Uphold company protocols and foster a positive, collaborative work environment.
• Stay current on industry training and assist in training team members.
• Be prepared to take on tasks outside the general scope as needed by management.
