Job summary

SERVPRO Worcester is seeking an Assistant Construction Project Manager to oversee day-to-day construction projects and deliver high-quality service to customers and clients.

You will coordinate scheduling, site inspections, vendor coordination, and manage punch lists while ensuring work aligns with plans, codes, and safety requirements. Strong communication and prior restoration/construction experience are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED required.
• Superb customer service track record.
• Effective written and oral communication.
• Basic math skills.
• Experience in restoration and/or construction preferred.

Responsibilities

• Compile and resolve punch list items.
• Perform final walk-through with customer.
• Schedule subcontractors and material suppliers.
• Coordinate inspections with local jurisdictions.
• Maintain quality standards through site inspections.
• Execute change orders.
