Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC in College Station, TX is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead the planning, design, and execution of heavy civil and utility facility projects. This hands-on role collaborates with engineers, designers, vendors, and internal partners to deliver a first‑class campus.

You will own projects from start to finish, manage scope, cost, and schedule, coordinate with end users and facilities teams, and ensure on-time, under-budget delivery while upholding safety

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent construction management background.
• 7+ years of professional experience in construction, engineering, or facilities management in lieu of a degree.
• Experience in civil, utility, or facility construction preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Strong cost control and scheduling skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full lifecycle of civil, structural, and utility projects.
• Gather ROM costs and evaluate bids.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, vendors, and contractors.
• Develop project cost and schedule; manage change orders.
• Drive city/county approvals and contract close-out.
• Ensure on-time, under-budget delivery with customer satisfaction.
