Job summary

Stellar is seeking an Assistant Superintendent for our New Castle, IN project. You will support the daily field office operations and work closely with the Superintendent to ensure on-site activities meet our high standards.

The role requires coordinating multiple trades, maintaining drawings and specs, and monitoring progress to keep milestones on track while upholding quality and safety policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or educational equivalent with 3 years experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in computer software.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Superintendent in managing daily operations of the construction department.
• Coordinate all trades and subcontractors as directed by Supervisors.
• Maintain up-to-date drawings and specifications.
• Monitor project progress and report milestones and issues.
• Assist in planning and scheduling construction activities.
• Ensure workmanship conforms to specifications and schedule.
