Job summary

The Project Manager at HIGHMARK CONCRETE CONTRACTORS oversees construction activities, plans, organizes, and implements site safety programs, project control systems, subcontractor management, purchasing and scheduling to complete projects on time and within budget. The Project Manager coordinates and oversees the work of the project team, and represents the company for all assigned projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of supervisory construction experience.
• Experience with cost management, scheduling, and contract administration.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required; relevant work experience will be considered.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety program execution on site.
• Manage project schedule, cost reporting, and procurement.
• Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers.
• Prepare and present monthly cost and revenue projections.
• Maintain open communications with Project Administrators, Engineers, Superintendents, and other stakeholders.
