Job summary

Canyon Contracting seeks a Project Manager to lead concrete construction projects from planning through execution. You will manage schedules, budgets, and client communications, coordinating with the Superintendent and field personnel to deliver on-time, on-budget results.

Responsibilities include reviewing bid drawings, handling RFIs and submittals, tracking costs, and ensuring safety compliance on-site. Strong leadership and a proven track record in concrete projects are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience managing concrete construction projects.
• Experience reviewing bid drawings and project specifications.
• Ability to manage budgets, forecast costs and track project profitability.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall management direction of concrete construction projects.
• Plan, organize and direct activities for all projects with Superintendents/Foremen.
• Develop, track and manage RFIs and submittals.
• Monitor project progress to meet schedule and budget.
• Lead pre-job meetings and liaise with clients and subcontractors.
