Job summary

KODIAK Construction Recruiting & Staffing seeks a Project Manager to oversee construction projects in Nashua, NH, from planning through close-out. You will oversee profitability, cash flow, documentation, procurement, scope compliance, change orders, and client relations.

The role requires a strong background in construction administration, project finance oversight, and leadership to drive project success with internal teams and external partners.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent work experience.
• Extensive knowledge of mechanical systems and construction standards.
• Experience with construction administration, proposals, estimates, submittals, timesheets, and project standards.
• Experience with project financial oversight, cash flow management, and client relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Assume profit and loss responsibility for assigned projects.
• Oversee cash flow management and project financial performance.
• Promote the company's culture and core values.
• Maintain client relationships and collaborate with client representatives.
• Review project specifications and interpret construction drawings.
• Prepare estimates and proposals to manage project risk.
• Coordinate material and equipment procurement.
• Lead with a servant-leadership mindset.
• Ensure scope compliance and prepare change order estimates.
• Interact directly with customers and project stakeholders.
• Maintain construction documents, including turnover books and as-built drawings.
• Follow company construction standards and manuals.
• Support corporate goals and initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
