Job summary

KODIAK Construction Recruiting & Staffing is seeking a Senior Project Manager for mechanical construction in the Dallas–Fort Worth market. Lead complex HVAC, plumbing, piping, and building systems projects from preconstruction through closeout.

You will manage multiple full-scope projects, lead PMs and project teams, own budgets and forecasting, and ensure safety, quality, and profitability while building strong client relationships for repeat business.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of mechanical construction project management experience.
• 3+ years leading PMs, PEs, or project teams.
• Strong HVAC, plumbing, piping, and mechanical systems knowledge.
• Experience with new construction and renovation projects.
• Strong project financial management and forecasting skills.
• Design-build/design-assist experience.
• Experience managing submittals, shop drawings, and change orders.
• Construction Management or Mechanical Engineering degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple full-scope mechanical construction projects.
• Lead Project Managers, Project Engineers, Superintendents, and project teams.
• Own project budgets, forecasting, cost control, and profitability.
• Manage contracts, subcontracts, change orders, and project risk.
• Lead procurement of equipment, materials, and subcontracted work.
• Coordinate schedules, manpower, and field execution.
• Manage progress billings, cash flow, and project financial reporting.
• Collaborate with design teams on design-build/design-assist projects.
• Build strong client relationships and support repeat business.
• Ensure projects meet safety, quality, schedule, and financial goals.
