• Experience in project management.

Responsibilities

• Review and set up project financial data including cost codes and budgeting.
• Assist with client billing, draw requests, and schedule of values.
• Forecast project budgets with PMs and Finance; monitor WIP and margin analyses.
• Process POs, subcontractor invoices, and change orders for accuracy.
• Prepare financial reporting packages for reviews and project closeout.
