Job summary

Methuen Construction Inc. is hiring a Project Finance Manager to oversee financial management of high‑value construction projects in the Northeast.

You will partner with PM, operations, controls, and corporate finance to ensure accurate cost reporting, forecasting, and profitability. Required are a bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting/construction management and 3–7+ years in construction finance, with strong Excel, ERP, and analytics skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or related field with relevant construction finance experience
• 3–7+ years of experience in construction finance, project controls, or cost management
• Experience with large commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial management of complex, high-value construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Lead project financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management aligned with contracts and scope.
• Monitor job costs, commitments, expenditures, change orders, contingencies, and overall profitability.
• Analyze variances, risks, and change impacts to protect project profitability and guide actions.
• Review cost-to-complete forecasts, financial reports, billing, revenue recognition, and cash flow projections.
