Are you a detail-driven Estimator looking for more than just take-offs and spreadsheets?

We’re hiring a Construction Project Estimator to join a growing, tech-forward environmental and industrial construction firm based in Moorestown, NJ. This is a hybrid role where you’ll collaborate closely with internal teams, field supervisors, and sales—without being siloed. You’ll work on high-impact projects across hospitals, airports, chemical plants, and government sites, with bid values ranging from $200K to $5M.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Estimating environmental construction projects, including remediation, spill prevention systems, and tank installations
• Preparing detailed bids, project scopes, take-offs, and cost breakdowns
• Collaborating with Project Managers, Directors, and SMEs to build competitive proposals
• Attending bid meetings and analyzing bid requirements
• Sourcing and negotiating with subcontractors and vendors
• Optionally involved in project coordination or client-facing delivery - tailored growth based on your interests

Who This Suits:

• 3+ years of experience in estimating (environmental, industrial, civil, or remediation backgrounds ideal)
