Description:

• Prepare complete estimates for assigned projects of medium size and complexity, covering various contract types, either directly or through subordinate personnel.
• Experience range: 4-10 years.
• Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Advanced knowledge of estimating techniques, cost control, and interpretation of computerized cost data and systems is essential.
• Estimating disciplines required: Civil, Structural, Architectural, Mechanical, or Electrical.
• Recognition as a Certified Cost Professional (CCP) or Certified Estimating Professional (CEP) by AACE, with eight (8) years of industry experience or four (4) years related experience plus four (4) years industry-related college degree. ASPE recognition is also acceptable.
