Qualifications

• Must be able to pass a drug test.
• 2 years' project engineering experience.

• Preferred experience with tenant improvements and managing multiple projects concurrently.
• Focus on following processes and taking ownership of the role.

Responsibilities

• Manage the submittal process.
• Manage the RFI process.
• Manage the change order proposal process.
• Provide research and backup support as requested.
• Assist in maintaining a high level of safety.
• Support for planning, scheduling, and coordinating projects.
• Solicit subcontractors for projects.
