Qualifications
Must be able to pass a drug test.
2 years' project engineering experience.
Motivated for a long-term career in construction.
Preferred experience with tenant improvements and managing multiple projects concurrently.
Focus on following processes and taking ownership of the role.
Responsibilities
Manage the submittal process.
Manage the RFI process.
Manage the change order proposal process.
Provide research and backup support as requested.
Assist in maintaining a high level of safety.
Support for planning, scheduling, and coordinating projects.
Solicit subcontractors for projects.
Skills
Strong negotiation and leadership skills
Understanding of accounting and financial statements
