Responsibilities

• Manage the submittal process.
• Manage the RFI process.
• Manage the change order proposal process.
• Provide research and backup support for PM and Supt.
• Complete budget revisions in Viewpoint.
• Maintain safety in line with company values.
• Support planning, scheduling, and coordinating projects.
• Act as main point of contact for subcontractors.
• Act as Project Manager when PM is unavailable.
