Responsibilities include managing submittals, RFIs, and change orders, providing budget revisions, and supporting scheduling and subcontractor coordination. Qualifications
Must be able to pass a drug test.
Motivated for a long‑term career in construction.
2 years' project engineering experience.
Preferred experience with progressive design build and K-12.
Responsibilities
Manage the submittal process.
Manage the RFI process.
Manage the change order proposal process.
Complete budget revisions in Viewpoint as required.
Maintain a high level of safety.
Support planning and scheduling projects.
Solicit subcontractors for projects and manage plans.
Skills
Strong negotiation and leadership skills
Understanding of accounting and financial statements
