Job summary

Pacific Federal Management in Hagåtña, Guam seeks a Project Engineer to support various construction projects and coordinate with field teams to meet contract requirements.

The role requires a BA in Engineering or related field and at least three years of construction experience, with strong communication, organization, and MS Office proficiency. On-site work across multiple sites may be needed.

Qualifications

• BA degree in Engineering or related field
• Minimum of three years of related construction experience
• Thorough knowledge of project management
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with the Superintendents and Project teams to staff all project positions
• Analyzes and interprets field information through frequent interactions with the field
• Quality Control - Track job/work progress
• Collaborate with design team to deliver exceptional results
• Coordinate and partner with subcontractors
• Performs other related duties as assigned
• Coordinate between contract drawings and submittal drawings
• Ensure all projects and deliverables are completed properly within the scope of contract
• Prepare requests for information to vendors and subcontractors for services and supplies
• Act as the liaison between the General Contractor and our vendors
