Job summary

Moffatt & Nichol is seeking a Senior on-site field leader for on-location work in Guam. You will coordinate field engineers, project managers, and clients including government representatives to advance multiple construction projects with a focus on quality and schedule adherence.

The role requires extensive experience in marine ports or heavy civil work, PE/ CCM/ PMP preferred, and strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Travel and field supervision are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field is required.
• 15+ years of experience with marine ports, Navy, or heavy civil projects is required.
• Professional licensure (PE/ CCM/ PMP) preferred; strong client management skills needed.
• Excellent communication and ability to manage multiple stakeholders and teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead coordination between field engineers, project managers, and clients including government reps and contractors.
• Oversee on-site construction activities, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and related admin tasks.
• Interpret drawings and specs to provide technical solutions and field support.
• Document progress, ensure conformance to contract documents, and report field conditions.
• Manage PCAS team, assign work, monitor performance, and coordinate resource needs.
