Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 6 years' construction experience
• 2 years' experience in project engineer/management role or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Generates and approves monthly billing and earned values
• Develops and manages project schedules for small to mid-sized projects
• Monitors cost summaries and prepares financial reports
• Supports procurement planning and change order estimation
• Coordinates with Project Manager on invoices and subcontractor compliance
