Job summary

You’ll support project managers, review plans and specs, manage submittals, RFIs, change orders, procurement, and keep project records up to date while coordinating with subs and vendors.

A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field is preferred, with internship or project experience; this role offers growth toward

Qualifications

• Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Engineering, or related field.
• Internships or project experience in construction preferred.
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specs.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers with day-to-day construction project management.
• Assist with submittals, RFIs, change orders, PO's, and project docs.
• Review plans, specs, contracts, and other project documents.
• Help track schedules, budgets, materials, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Attend meetings and document action items and follow-ups.
• Assist with estimating, procurement, and project closeout activities.
• Communicate project updates to keep everyone aligned.
