Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 0–3 years of experience in civil construction or internships.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings and specs.
• Solid organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with construction software is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers and Superintendents in executing civil construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Assist with project scheduling, budgeting, and cost tracking.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and field teams to ensure communication and execution.
• Review plans, specifications, and submittals with a sharp eye for detail.
• Help manage RFIs, change orders, and project documentation.
• Track quantities, production, and progress in the field.
• Participate in site walks and problem-solving sessions.
• Ensure projects stay aligned with safety standards, quality expectations, and timelines.
