Job summary

This internship involves site visits, coordination with trade partners, progress tracking, and data entry into Procore and other systems, under supervision.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Construction Management, Construction Technology, Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or related fields.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with Procore, Bluebeam, scheduling software or construction mgmt systems is a plus.
• Strong written communication, organization, proofreading, and follow-through skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to assigned jobsites.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative, coordination, and project support to the project team.
• Collect, review, process, and distribute submittals and RFIs.
• Prepare and distribute project documentation, meeting minutes, and communications.
• Assist with bid package coordination, quote coverage, project billings, and draws.
• Maintain accurate project files and logs (permits, change orders, submittals, RFIs, closeout).
• Support project managers with schedule updates, cost tracking, and day-to-day activities.
• Participate in site walks, safety inspections, quality observations, and team meetings.
• Coordinate with trade partners, design partners, and internal teams; travel to jobsites as assigned.
