Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Construction Management, Construction Technology, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with Procore or Bluebeam is a plus.
• Strong written communication, organization, proofreading, and follow-through skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to assigned jobsites.

Responsibilities

• Collect, review, and distribute submittals and RFIs.
• Prepare and distribute project documentation and meeting minutes.
• Assist with bid package coordination, billings, and draws.
• Maintain project files, permits, change orders, and closeout docs.
• Support schedule updates, cost tracking, and day-to-day activities.
• Participate in site walks, safety inspections, and meetings.
• Coordinate with trade and design partners under project direction.
• Travel to project jobsites and regional offices as assigned.
