Qualifications

• Current student, Junior or higher.
• Enrolled in an ABET accredited college or university pursuing a degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering.
• Must have reliable transportation to commute to work 100% in-person at the project site.

Responsibilities

• Participate in construction oversight and planning, field inspections, and safety observations.
• Collaborate with Xcel staff to ensure project is built per applicable engineering codes and standards.
• Learn about drawing updates and field engineering changes on active projects.
• Gain knowledge of managing project relationships and internal documentation.
