Qualifications

• 5 years of commercial construction experience (metal framing, drywall, and other related specialty construction is a plus).
• Valid Virginia Driver’s License.
• Ability to pass a drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Help manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Read and apply construction plans and specifications.
• Keep everything safe and compliant.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Report progress to the project leader.

Skills

Knowledge of building materials, methods, and tools

Math whiz (arithmetic, algebra, geometry)

Blueprint reading skills

Top-notch communication and problem-solving abilities

Tech-savvy (Procore knowledge is a plus)

Strong safety focus (CPR/First Aid, OSHA 30 certifications)

Education

Bachelor’s degree in construction management or engineering
